My Story.

I’m an experienced entrepreneur, an advisor to Fortune 500 leaders, and an active angel investor with more than 40 investments. In 2013, I co-founded Bionic (Inc. 500) to ignite growth revolutions in large enterprises.

We are a startup comprised of fellow entrepreneurs and investors who have successfully pioneered a new enterprise growth capability that drives the Growth Mindsets and Systems that lead to new growth and transformation for the world’s most competitive companies.

I have spent the last decade speaking throughout the world on the topic of growth mindsets, innovation and transformation, and the insight of our work, as captured in our latest book, New to Big. I’d love to share the model and insights with you and your leadership teams.

Before Bionic, I served as the co-founder and CEO of three venture-backed startups. I’m a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, a member of YPO, and was honored to receive Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award. I’m also the creator and co-author of two-time the New York Times bestselling series, The Intellectual Devotional, The Startup Playbook.
